Tell us about yourself and your family
I am a mum of 2 young children who are 5 and 3 years old. My partner and I relocated from Brisbane for a job promotion. We are friendly outgoing people who love to help others. We teach our children the value of life and how to treat others. We love exploring and creating memories that mean something to each of us.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day looks like for me running after the kids and letting them explore the world. Working from home and exercising.

My favorite wet weather location is where I live in Korora.
Work or Stay at Home Mum?
I have a Doterra essential oil business from home called Essential Inner Soul. It gives me flexibility and time with my kids. It allows me to be at home while kids are at school and I have the luxury of working online or running workshops educating people on how to use these 100% pure oils in their everyday life.
Motherly advice on how to stay sane
My motherly advice to keep sane is to keep active on a daily basis and remember to take a breathe and not be too hard on themselves. Keeping a well-balanced lifestyle and making time for themselves doing the things they love such as listening to music or reading a book or taking a yoga class. All these things recharge us as a person and keep us happy in order to be a better mum.
Funny mum moment
My funny mum moment is sending a funny snap chat to a friend and laughing so hard I have tears coming down my face.
What is your guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure is to have an hour massage or acupuncture.
What makes you lose your shit?
I lose my shit when I have to pick after everybody every day and they walk over it.
Most people don’t know I have a really sensitive side to me.
Favourite local shop/online store or Instagram business
My favorite shop is Pandora
What’s the best product/service you can recommend since becoming a mum? (for baby/kids or you)
Doterra is the best product I could recommend to mum/kids because there is great benefits for helping with your emotional and mental health.
How have you changed since becoming a mum?
I have changed since becoming a mum on the way I see life and my perspective on what important. Things that used to matter no longer serve me.
What is the greatest challenge you have faced since becoming a mum?
The greatest challenge I have faced since becoming a mum is having a physical breakdown from a car accident and still having to deal with everyday life. Showing my kids that it doesn’t matter what happens you can rebuild resilience.
